Have you received an error message on-site when trying to action a spin or place a bet?
If it states that you have insufficient funds while there is money in your wallet, you may have reached your wagering limit. To check if this is the case, head over to the 'Safer Gambling Tools' section of your account and check the 'Wagering' tab.
You can change your limit yourself there, but it will take 24 hours until a new limit is active if it is higher than the limit you had previously.
